Shannon Mize

Shannon is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). She received a bachelor鈥檚 degree in psychology from the University of Kansas and a Master of Arts in Counseling from MidAmerica Nazarene University with an emphasis on clinical mental health. She is also a Certified Animal Assisted Therapy Professional and often utilizes her therapy dog, Magna, in sessions. Her goal is to provide students with a safe, inclusive space to express and explore emotions and develop healthy communication skills, boundaries, and coping skills.
